Kids love pools...I think
My summer has officially begun. The reason I say this because I swam today, twice, for the first time this summer. I also had my first batch of Maryland steamed crabs Saturday evening. Don't forget the ice-cold Coors light, too.
The weekend started Saturday with some random errands and just relaxing before Chris and Marianne's party at 4PM. The night was clear, cool and fun. A couple weeks ago at a party we played a pick-up game of tennis baseball. Last night we played volleyball. It's nice to have a even-matched competitive game. It ended as mentioned with some steamed crabs. Not the biggest I've ever had, but tasty for the first bunch of the summer.
When I woke up Sunday, Kate, her sister and I tried to get her nephew Nicky (3) to swim.

End result. I put them on and jumped in. He wanted the back and got in for 10 minutes.
On the other hand, we met up with my brother Keith and his two kids Tyler (6) and Travis (3) who are little fish. They belong to a swim club and they swim all day. Can't get them out of the water. After swimming all morning and afternoon I was
As always, I've posted some more photos [here]. Almost like a mini photostory. Almost.
Bed time. Can't wait to get my back-up body back from Nikon repair tomorrow. Its been a long 10 days without it.

Haven't checked in in a while...glad to see youre the summer monotony hasnt kept you from regular updates.
I was looking at the Philly City Paper the other day and it had a restaurant guide as the cover story, with a photo that kinda reminded me of the best of Towson (minus the creativity). It reminded me of how sick that picture ended up being.
Also, youre not the only one with camera issues. I busted the LCD on mine. Gonna have to get a brand new one. Further proof that I'm an amateur.
